The Montana Department of Commerce is currently accepting proposals for a
vendor to conduct a Fair Market Rent Reevaluation. Select the “Fair Market Rent
Reevaluation” RFP to learn more. Submit questions to Amanda Battin at
amanda.battin2@mt.gov. Proposal deadline is September 13, 2024.

Lead Service Line Technical Assistance Community Training Aug. 22, 2024
Montana Coal Endowment Program Infrastructure Planning Grant Application
Cycle closes on Aug. 31, 2024. Additional grant funding is available to eligible
applicants for the 2025 biennium Montana Coal Endowment Program Planning Grants
for American Rescue Plan Act. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-
served basis until all available funding is allocated. Apply now.
