THE PROPERTY OWNER WOULD LIKE TO RAZE THE EXIS NG ONE CAR GARAGE AND COVERED OVERHANG LOCATED ON THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE. (SEE SHEET 1ES-T1 FOR EXIS NG CONDI ONS) IT IS THE OWNER’S INTENT TO ADD AN ATACHED TWO CAR GARAGE WITH ADDED CONDI ONED STORAGE SPACE ON THE GROUND LEVEL AND A FUTURE SECOND DWELLING UNIT ABOVE THE GARAGE.
