On August 29, 2024, at 11 a.m., the Montana Department of Commerce will hold a
public hearing via Zoom video conference to consider the proposed amendment to the
administrative rule.
Interested parties are invited to participate in the public hearing via webinar by clicking
the button below:

Interested parties may submit their data, views or arguments either orally or in writing
at the public hearing on August 29, 2024. Additional data, views or arguments may be
submitted in writing no later than September 6, 2024, at 5 p.m. to:

Commerce proposes amending ARM 8.94.3729 which incorporates by reference the
guidelines. For an introduction to the program, eligibility and the application process,
please visit the department's website.
