REVISED* NOTICE OF A SITE PLAN APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the site plan criteria of section 38.230.050 of the Bozeman
municipal code (BMC) and associated standards. Per 38.230.100.B, BMC, approval is granted if all
criteria are met.
The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria.
Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment.
Per 38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal.
During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations.
Project Name: Gran Cielo Block 14 MSP Application: 22389
Summary: Apartment development for four lots in Block 14 of Gran Cielo Subdivision Phase 2. Each
lot is proposed to be developed with either a 29-unit or 50-unit apartment building in four phases
with associated open space, parking, landscaping and site improvements.
*After the public comment period closed and the application was approved, the City discovered that
not all property owners within 200-feet of the subject property received adequate notice of the
development application. This additional notice period is being conducted to allow all property
owners within 200-feet of the subject property an opportunity to provide public comment pursuant
to the Bozeman Municipal Code. No changes to the application have been made by the applicant
since the previous public comment period. All public comments will be considered, a revised staff
report including a discussion of public comments will be issued, and the previous approval of the
development application may be altered or rescinded. The revised staff report will indicate whether
approval of the development application has been altered or rescinded.
