Commissioners, It is obvious that you have a lot of important issues to work on so it could be
easier to keep the current AHO structure. Please slow down and make some reasonablechanges. 60% AMI is surely more in line with actual wages in Bozeman. Affordable housing
needs to be affordable to our working class. The size and scale of buildings can be more inline with neighborhood character. Mr. Morrison noted at the Guthrie meeting that there was a
lot of fear and anger in the room. Those emotions are felt by residents all over Bozeman. Give some thought to how to address housing without empowering all the negative emotions
that can turn our town into an unfriendly place. Thank you for your efforts, Mary Lou Osman
