Ō area for the commercial porƟon is off (looks like the input was 1,392+13,000 rather than 1,392+1,300). It sounds like the owners are contemplaƟng using the exisƟng well for irrigaƟon – if they end up going that route, I’ll let you know. Thanks again! The project is located at 605 E Bryant Street (same project I emailed you about with quesƟons on the floodplain easement). Legal descripƟon is Lot 7 of Industrial ProperƟes Subdivision. There is an exisƟng single‐family residence on the property that currently uses an on‐site well for water supply but is proposed to be connected to City water as part of this project. In addiƟon, there are two proposed adjoining shop units with garages, each with 1 ADU living space above. Square footage of each building/use is broken out below (also shown on aƩached draŌ site plan):  ExisƟng Single‐Family Dwelling (no change in use or square footage): 1,211 sf  Proposed Unit 1 o Workshop: 1,392 sf o ADU: 1,269 sf  Proposed Unit 2 o Workshop: 1,300 sf o ADU: 1,105 sf The owners are proposing to use City water for irrigaƟon. The esƟmated irrigaƟon water use is 175.92 gal/day (for areas that will have permanent irrigaƟon). Areas where naƟve seed mix will be used will have temporary irrigaƟon. The esƟmated temporary irrigaƟon use is 311.84 gal/day. I’ve aƩached the draŌ landscape plan for reference. Please let me know if there is any other informaƟon I can send over. Thanks!
