Comments on Bozeman Health subarea plan. I think it's too long a time period to be approved for 20 years. the plan
for 10 years with modifications is enough. There will be new growth plan developed soon and the post 10 year
subarea plan should be done within a new growth plan. Affordable or workplace housing needs to be included in the
first 10 years. Moving the main ski and hike entrance to Kagy in inappropriate and unsafe. Lack of parking, hilly road
reduces visibility on entrances and exits off Kagy. Speeding is common on Kagy making driving hazardous. The
implementation plan, #5 is fanciful since Bozeman Health has no obligation to do any of this development. It's a
fantasy, not ready for approval without consideration under a new growth plan. I would attend the meeting today
but am in the hospital. Please limit approval to 10 years with MSU leasing the ag land and amendments as above
and from other community members who have made similar suggestions. Listen to us.
