I think it is too large for the neighborhood and will create a traffic problem so close to Whittier School. The number ofparking spots proposed is totally inadequate and will create a real problem for the neighborhood. I think this project is a poor use of the "affordable housing" incentives the city is providing, we can do better.Thank you John Preston409 S Bozeman Ave
