Dear Applicants,
The Site Plan for the above-referenced project has been granted final approval. The conditions of approval and
code provisions related to final plan approval have been satisfied. The applicant is still responsible for fulfilling
conditions of approval related to occupancy and phase 2 approval. Please be informed that ANY changes from the
final plan or application will need to be reviewed by the Department of Community Development.
