Hi Cody,
Here is a preliminary determinaon. You know the dr ill but we’ll sll need to account for the irrigao n if sourced from
the City’s system. If the plan is to source from a well we’ll just need to see a pre-determinaon from the DNRC.
Also, this would be a great project for our high-efficency rebate program. The program provides a rebates of
approximately 20% of the CILWR fee (~$43K) for the residenal units if high-efficiency fixtures (toilets, washers, and
shower heads) are installed which meet the City Water Conservaon Division standards. The rebate would be released
at occupancy and requires an agreement defining the terms and amount rebate to be finalized and executed with the
site plan. A8ached is the agreement template for reference. If the owner is interested or has any quesons please let
me know.

We are working on a site plan for the Aspen8 Mixed-Use Building proposed at the NE corner of N. 8th Avenue and W.
Aspen Street (behind U-Haul on N. 7th). Could you please provide a preliminary CILWR determinaon for the new mixed-
use building based on the below informaon?
Aspen8 Mixed-Use Building:
New Dwelling Units = 289
New Unassigned Retail = 2,422 s.f.
