Dear Commissioners,
Below please see a snapshot from the staff report for the Guthrie.
Staff asserts that for both of the intersections of Villard and 7th and Beall and 7th, "the intersections as a
whole maintain their LOS "C" rating."
However when looking at Second Round/Documents/ 13 Traffic Impact Study - Access Deviation
Letter we see that both intersections as a whole have a LOS "D" rating or a LOS "F" rating in all eight
scenarios presented.
When looking at Second Round/Documents/ 25 Traffic Impact Study Addendum in all four cases
presented both intersections as a whole have a LOS "F" rating.
Please see attached documents with the relevant pages highlighting the LOS ratings for each
intersection.
How does staff reconcile the traffic study versus their findings in the staff report?
