I've read many of the letters sent to you. Of course this building does not deserve our tax
dollars because it gives the town nothing in return. Expensive "affordable" housing is not anincentive. It does not comply with the NCOD. It does not belong in that neighborhood.
About parking: That street doesn not have the boulevard grass strip that is common onneighborhood streets. Kids step right from the sidewalk into the street. Car doors open onto
the sidewalk. The Guthrie does not belong in an established neighborhood with so manyschool kids crossing the streets. Once you give it all away to HomeBase, where will it stop?
It's not affordable! Please change the incentive codes before you give away more of our town. Mary Lou Osman
