Dear city of Bozeman,I am resending this email.In light of the Supreme Court case that you have been waiting the results of. I believe you now have the standing to enforce the rules on your books to remove urban camping along our property boundaries. Please communicate your plan for this. 1. In the Allison subdivision we have been pretty fortunate to not have a problem till this (see attached photo) showed up this morning. Not sure what point this is making but would like this removed asap.2. We own Gallatin Center Shopping center along Nth 19th and this is a real concern. We are on the entryway corridor and in being so are required to be held to a higher development standard. The campers are along our side of the curb on Rawhide Ridge.I am requesting a no parking signage to be added here. This has started to concern many potential buyers of this property and is blighting our property. I will start adding concrete barriers if needed as was done on n 11th ave. as spaces open up unless we can get a resolution prior.
