A developer who owns the property at 811 W. Mendenhall has not mowed the lawn one time
this year. The grass on this property is literally three feet tall and each evening deer arebedding down on the property. The deer brought by the lack of lawn maintenance are causing
a traffic hazard on W. Mendenhall in the early mornings and I almost hit one the other day. Everyone else has to take care of their property and follow the City Codes and Ordinances, but
this developer thinks because they have bought off the City Commissioners that they areabove the law and do not have to follow the same rules as everyone else.
This developer's lack of property maintenance is bringing my property values down andcausing health and safety issues in my neighborhood. Please enforce the codes and let this
developer know that just because they have more money than the neighbors does not meanthey can ignore the law and trash the neighborhood. This same developer did not shovel the
sidewalk one time in the last two years and I am still recovering from a bad fall I took on theiricy sidewalk last winter. We are starting to have a rodent and pest control problem on the
adjoining properties because this evil developer does zero maintenance and is creating a healthand safety issue for the neighborhood.
It is bad enough that the City Commissioners have no spine and are corruptly allowing
developers to do literally anything that they want. The least you can do is enforce the laws onthe books that were put there to ensure my health and safety. Clearly this Developer does not
give a shit about the people who actually live in the neighborhood and the City Commissiondoes not care either. This kind of thing would never be allowed to happen on the South Side
where the Commissioners live, but this City commission has clearly been bribed or why elsewould they allow these shady developers to constantly break the law and get away with
anything they want. This developer has been an absolute nightmare of a neighbor for the lastthree years. Please Commissioners, grow a spine and stop allowing this developer to trample
all over my property rights.
This developer illegally changed the zoning without notifying me and I intend to sue. If theyare smart they will redo the zoning change, otherwise I will be seeking an injunction to stop
the illegal zoning change and illegal construction of this neighborhood destroying monstrosity.
Great job at having no spine and giving no resistance to developers! Thank you CityCommissioners!!! How does it feel to be hated by the whole town? A monkey could run this
city better than Cunningham, the guy is not only corrupt and takes bribes, but he is a truemoron as well. I am really going to enjoy a 95 Unit building with 68 parking spaces - you
guys are geniuses who really know how to run a city!!!!!! I will really enjoy never being ableto park in front of my home again! It is super helpful to my disability!!!!!! So much talk
about diversity, equity and inclusion and then what do you do, screw the people withdisabilities and purposefully and willfully deny me my right to be a part of the public process.
Thank you City Commissioners for forcing me out of my home of 24 years!!!! How the helldo you people sleep at night when all you do is screw over the most vulnerable people in the
city. It is your job to look out for my interests, not force me out of my home. Thank you to
each and every one of you Commissioners, I truly hate you for forcing me out of my homewith this ridiculous development and its lack of parking. I hope you all rot in hell for what
you are doing to Bozeman and it's most vulnerable citizens.
