Good Morning,
I wanted to bring to your attention yet another terrible box development taking over aneighborhood. This makes me wonder if we could please pass an emergency resolution
limiting parcel assemblage as Professor Condon suggested. Let's not wait for the new UDC,could we do it now?
This is proposed at the corner of N. 8th and W. Mendenhall. Midtown is being clobbered. This is the type of development that is upsetting your constituents. For this one, we get 5
"affordable units" and they are requesting 3 departures from code. They seem to beassembling 1/2 a city block.
Please consider an immediate resolution to limit parcel assemblage.
