FPGV is singularly focused on serving children and families by providing comprehensive support services, early learning opportunities, and case management to ensure family homelessness is brief and nonrecurring. FPGV is viewed as a leader in the homeless service field, both locally and nationally. Out of 200 affiliates, FPGV is the second highest functioning affiliate in the country in the areas of best practices, financial and HR controls, leadership, quality of programming, and community impact. Local social services agencies are following their lead on how to successfully scale services to meet the growing needs of our community. FPGV provides short and long-term programs to make sustainable impacts on children and families experiencing housing insecurity. 81% of the families that participate in Family Promise do not experience homelessness again.
