I am totally against this. By raising the charges for city services on the poor people of
Bozeman, again, you will be destroying the middle class and the lower class people's way to
live in Bozeman. Stop doing this to us. I am shocked at this greed. Maybe think about the
taxpayer who is having a hard time just paying property taxes here. Please vote against raising
these charges. How about letting the people of Bozeman vote on this????? Leilani Del Duca
