To The Community Development Board and Bozeman City Commission RE: Annexation and Zone Map Amendment
Requesting Annexation and the Establishment of an Initial Zoning Designation of REMU on 2.705 Acres, the 2320
West Babcock Annexation. Application 24106(Rogers) Please clarify and include specific protection for the
preservation and the integrity of the West Fork of Catron Creek within this annexation and zoning change, in order
to guide future development. The entire length of West Catron Creek is a remarkable micro environment that still
provides an active wildlife corridor, a variety of mature trees, a bit of human recreation, and respite from the press
of development on the west side of Bozeman. I live in the HRDC Land Trust on 24th Ave. and know that this
waterway is a hidden gem that provides benefits to our neighborhood and our community overall.
