Tom Woods would increase the horsepower of City Commissioners who understand the
relationships between City/County/State governments; Bozeman can't operate in isolationeven if it wanted to, and similarly the County needs to work with a functional Bozeman. I'm
not a Bozeman voter (I live equidistant from the centers of Belgrade and Bozeman), but Ibelieve we all have a stake in commissioners who understand that affordable housing/regional
