ATTACHED: Roof area plan
Roof Area: The roof area will increase by 4,936 SF (which is unchanged from the added footprint). This calculation was taken to
the inside of the parapet wall.
Imprevious Surface Area: There is 468 SF of asphalt being proposed at the rear of the building. Please reference C100 & C200
for location of added impervious surface area.
Comments From the Architectural Designer: Ref. #18 states, “DSSP II - Provide a memo showing the change in roof size and
impervious area and show if the increase fits within the mater storm water plan.” However, no Master Plan has been provided. Please
advise.
