THE CITY STORMWATER INSPECTOR ALSO CHECKS TO SEE IF ALL TEMPORARY BMP HAVE BEENREMOVED.3.IF THERE IS WORK STILL TO BE COMPLETED THEY ARE INCLUDED IN THE ADDITIONALCOMMENTS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS FOR SWPPP COMPLIANCE PORTION OF THESTATE’S UPDES STORM WATER INSPECTION EVALUATION FORM FOR SWPPPCOMPLIANCE (STATE’S INSPECTION FORM) AND PROVIDES A COPY FOR THE SWPPPCOORDINATOR.4.WHEN THE CITY STORM WATER INSPECTOR IS SATISFIED THAT ALL REQUIREMENTSHAVE BEEN MET, THE CITY STORM WATER INSPECTOR USES THE STATE’S INSPECTIONFORM AND COMPLETES THE NOTICE OF TERMINATION (NOT) INSPECTION SECTION OFTHAT FORM AND SENDS A COPY TO THE STATE FOR THEIR RECORDS. CONTRACTORTO VERIFY PERMIT CLOSURE OCCURS AND PROVIDE A COPY TO THE OWNER.5.THE CITY STORM WATER INSPECTOR OR DESIGNATED INDIVIDUAL THEN NEEDS TOLOG INTO THE STATE’S DATABASE AND CHANGE THE STATUS OF THE PERMIT FORTHE GIVEN PERMIT.6.ONCE THE STATE HAS RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT THE SITE MEETS ALL THEREQUIREMENTS THE NOT IS GRANTED.A6STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PERMIT PROGRAMCOMPLIANCECONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY PORTIONS OF THE STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PERMITTING PROGRAM COMPLIANCE. THIS COMPLIANCEINCLUDES FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL PERMITTING REQUIREMENTS. CONTRACTORSHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PERMIT FEES, INSPECTION FEES, AND EXPENSESASSOCIATED WITH THE PROGRAM COMPLIANCE. THE FOLLOWING ARE SUGGESTEDELEMENTS THAT ARE TRADITIONALLY INCORPORATED INTO A STORM WATERMANAGEMENT PERMIT AND PLAN. THESE ITEMS ARE NOT AN INCLUSIVE OR EXHAUSTIVELIST OF ALL ELEMENTS THAT MAY BE REQUIRED. CONTRACTOR SHALL DETERMINE THEEXTENTS OF PERMIT AND PROGRAM COMPLIANCE NEEDS. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDEOWNER PROOF OF PERMITS AND PROGRAM COMPLIANCE PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE OWNER PROOF OF COMPLETION AND PERMIT CLOSUREPRIOR TO PROJECT CLOSE-OUT AND FINAL PAYMENT.STANDARD 6' TEE POSTORANGE SAFETY FENCE15' TYP.4' TYP.ORANGE SAFETY FENCED5TYP.
