BOZEMAN MONTANA 0020'40'CONCURRENT CONSTRUCTION PLAN AND REQUIREMENTSTHE ADJACENT OFF-SITE INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTSAT THE GUTHRIE (STREET LIGHT, NEW FIRE HYDRANT,WATER AND FIRE SERVICE LINES) WILL BE CONSTRUCTEDCONCURRENTLY WITH THE BUILDING IN ACCORDANCE THE THECITY'S CONCURRENT CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIEDON THE CCON FORM.1.THERE IS ADEQUATE FIRE PROTECTION ADJACENT TO THESITE PROVIDED BY THE HYDRANT AT THE NW CORNER OFTHE 5TH AND VILLARD INTERSECTION.2.ADEQUATE ACCESS TO THE SITE IS PROVIDED BYEXISTING STREETS.3.ALL INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS ARE LOCATEDWITHIN EXISTING RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND EASEMENTS. THEINFRASTRUCTURE ONLY SERVES A SINGLE LOT.
