DETAIL 1: FENCE EXPLICITLY STATES THAT IT WILL BE AT A HEIGHT TO SHEILD THE VIEW
OF THE UTILITY. THIS WILL BE USED TO SHEILD VIEW OF THE ELECTRIC METE BANK
FROM THE STREET.
DETAIL 1: CHANGED TITLE TO UTILITY FENCE DETAILS. WE USED TO HAVE RECYCLING
OUTSIDE. HOWEVER, NORTHWEST ENERGY PREFERRED THAT THE METERS NOT BE IN
AN ALCOVE, SO WE HAD TO FLIP THEIR LOCATIONS.

comments on the economic comparisons of renovation versus new build. page 2
-Project Narrative was updated to be consistent with the changes made in the drawings.

Flow Request Form is now included at the end of the report.

Addendum
Metcalf Archaelogical Consultants created this addendum to provide additional
information requested by the City.

recommendation requested by the City.
