THIS WILL BE USED TO SHEILD VIEW OF THE ELECTRIC METE BANK FROM THE STREET. DETAIL 1: CHANGED TITLE TO UTILITY FENCE DETAILS. WE USED TO HAVE RECYCLING OUTSIDE. HOWEVER, NORTHWEST ENERGY PREFERRED THAT THE METERS NOT BE IN AN ALCOVE, SO WE HAD TO FLIP THEIR LOCATIONS. DOCUMENT REVISION 08 Project and DEM Narrative -NCOD Narrative was updated to address questions from the City and neighborhood comments on the economic comparisons of renovation versus new build. page 2 -Project Narrative was updated to be consistent with the changes made in the drawings. all pages -A new section was added about items the project team made in response to the neighborhood meeting on 3/27/24. page 3 -A new page was added to provide clarity on the unit kitchens. page 7 -A new page was added for the two bedroom unit type. page 10 -The project time frame was updated to reflect the current approvals schedule. page 11 09 Affordable Housing Plan Two bedroom units were added to the unit mix. The Affordable Housing Plan was updated to reflect the new unit mix. 12 Civil Engineering Report Estimated Water and Waste Water Tables were updated to reflect new unit mix. The Fire Flow Request Form is now included at the end of the report. 22.1 Historic Property Record Addendum Metcalf Archaelogical Consultants created this addendum to provide additional information requested by the City. 25.1 Traffic Calming Addendum Sanderson Stewart created this addendum with additional traffic calming recommendation requested by the City. 33.1 The Guthrie Renovation vs New Build Comparison 2024.04.30 Inclusion of (1) the estimate from Prestige Group Construction for the Full Renovation of Existing Structure page 2-3 and (2) cost study for a similar type and scale building page 6.
