STRATEGIC PLAN:1.2 Community Engagement: Broaden and deepen engagement of the community in city government, innovating methods for inviting input from the community and stakeholders. BACKGROUND:The City of Bozeman Citizen Advisory Boards operate from a two year work plan that is generally connected to identified City Commission priorities. At the January 2024 meeting of the Transportation Advisory Board, the Board provided staff with ideas and input for the development of the next two year work plan. Using that input and including other items that will need to come in front of the Board in the next two years, staff drafted the attached Draft 2024-2025 Transportation Advisory Board Work Plan for the board's consideration and adoption. UNRESOLVED ISSUES:None identified. ALTERNATIVES:As suggested by the board. FISCAL EFFECTS:Adoption of the 2024-2025 Transportation Advisory Board Work Plan will have no fiscal effects. Individual work plan items may have fiscal impacts that will be identified at the time they are considered by the Board.
