the cost of housing in Montana has

work that her team of volunteers

Thank you Emily for for your incredible
dedication to HRDC!
whether renters or homeowners.
A truly great state is one where
everyone has a place to live, but
Montana is feeling a housing crunch
right now, leaving many people
struggling to find homes. Rents and
property taxes have skyrocketed,
contributing to the crunch.
Please share your story of how housing
costs have impacted your day-to-day
life. Have housing costs impacted your
ability to provide housing for your
family, child care, food, etc.? Your
story may be used to help promote
policies that improve the lives of low to
middle-income renters and
homeowners in Montana.
