Hello my name is kevin. I live in the trailer court of 890 hidden valley road. My backyard
view is a beautiful view of the mountains farmland and landscape, which is why I purchased ahome to live here outside of town. I would definitely not like to see a 4 story building Go up to
take away my view. And I speak of this for myself and all of my surrounding neighbors,losing their view, as well increa. There will be more noise, more traffic and more problems. I
purchased this house to live outside of the city limits to get away from the noise and the trafficand the problems. I understand Bozeman is growing. But there are other places to build that
will refrain from taking away My neighbor's and myselfs view. This will also decrease myhouse value, as I have another eyesore to look at. People move to Montana to have space. And
privacy, and it is disheartening When people move right next to you and build right over top ofyou and your view. I am a 4th generation Montanan. And I hate to see how fast this place
grows and the locals that are being kicked out to provide for other people's needs. It's alsodisgusting to see good farmland and fields being destroyed by housing and buildings.
Everything about this is wrong as the construction will take a long time To do, which isanother thing that I do not want to hear as I sleep during the days on work during the nights. .
Please reconsider the people around who already have property here established . This is notwhat we want to see .
