Re: May 7 City Commission Meeting Consent Agenda Item H.11: Authorize the City
Manager to sign a task order eight either Economic and Planning Systems for the MillerGlobal Affordable Housing Ordinance density bonus review.
I am requesting the Commissioners to:
1. Remove Consent Item H.11 (reference above) from the May 7 Consent Agenda2. Place Consent Item H.11 on the May 7 Action Item Agenda
Further, I’d like each Commissioner to state, for public record, their postiion on this proposal
and whether the affordable housing criteria is being met sufficiently, what the staffrecommendation would accomplish, and whether this aligns with the Bozeman Strategic Plan
and the Belonging in Bozeman Equity & Inclusion Plan.
