Item No 11 on the agenda for the City Commission meeting references the Miller Global
proposed development. I am commenting to strongly oppose using city inducements andinvestment in what certainly sounds like luxury apartments. This is not affordable housing
and will not trickle down to increase available affordable housing. Those who can affordluxury apartments should pay their own way, not be subsidized by regular taxpayers.
