Commissioners, Why are we just hearing about this and it's already on the Consent Agenda.
Please put it on the Action Item Agenda and show us your commitment to transparency byshowing all of us how you vote. Explain just how the land on 19th that is the incentive will
become affordable housing? Back when the commissioners were presented with the idea ofcreating a housing authority, you said we didn't need one since there was no housing crisis.
So that's not likely to happen. Do you think there is a critical need for more luxury condos? Be transparent. Work with the residents of Bozeman. Thank you, Mary Lou Osman
