Cc: Casey Tippens Date: 04/21/2023 Re: Project Narrative ________________________________________________________________________________________ Dear City Reviewing Staff, Project Echo is a highly anticipated development that will provide extended-stay accommodations for visitors of Bozeman, Montana. The project is situated in the M-1 industrial zoning and is designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding area while offering guests a comfortable and modern experience. The project site is situated at the southern end of the North Park development and complements the nearby hotel uses with quick access to Interstate 90 as well as access to Bridger Canyon to the east via Griffin Drive and other amenities and services of Bozeman via 7th Avenue. The hotel features a single 4-story structure with 124 well-appointed guest rooms that are thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers. In addition to the guest rooms, Project Echo also includes parking, site utilities, and a trash enclosure to serve the hotel, and attractive landscaping. The parking lot is strategically located to provide easy access to the hotel entrance. Site utilities have been planned to provide efficient and reliable services to the hotel and its guests. The trash enclosure is designed to keep the area clean and tidy while also ensuring that waste is managed in an environmentally responsible manner. One of the unique features of Project Echo is its location within the North Park Development. The hotel is leased on State property as a part of Phase 1 of the North Park development, which is being developed in partnership with Trax Partners, LLC. This partnership ensures that the hotel is developed to the highest standards while also contributing to the economic growth of the neighborhood and City. Overall, Project Echo is an exciting development that is poised to become a premier destination for extended stay guests in Bozeman. With its prime location, modern amenities, and thoughtful design, the hotel is sure to exceed the expectations of even the most discerning travelers.
