PROJECT NARRATIVE
Project Echo is an extended stay hotel. The project
consists of a single 4-story hotel structures, with 124
guest rooms and a trash enclosure to serve the hotel.
Echo is located at the northwest corner of the
Mandeville Lane and Wheat Drive intersection in
Bozeman, Montana. The hotel is on leased state
property as part of Phase 1 of the North Park
Development and is being developed in partnership with
Trax Partners, LLC.
Zoning:
-M-1 industrial zoning.
-“Other”block frontage on Wheat and Mandeville.
-Determined in prior planning effort for the North Park
Development.
-2.22 acre / 96,805 ft^2 effective total “lot”area.
