Thank you for your votes to reclaim the Guthrie project. I totally oppose using affordable
housing incentives for this project. This project does not provide affordable HOUSING. I amvery worried about the creation of a "man-camp" in a residential neighborhood. Two, three or
four workers sharing a 371' room is not HOUSING. One other possibility: I have heard atyour meetings that Halloran has broken many promises and is not to be trusted. So when a
room rents for 30 days for $1684 what will stop 2 or more people from renting a space to onlystay 6 days? $1684 divided by 6 = $280/night which is much cheaper than the Lark. Split
that 2 or 3 or 4 ways and it's a cheap vacation rental. How do you plan to enforce any ruleson that? Jackson Hole has a 30 minimum for vacation rentals and yet I know of 2 properties
that charge $500/night and often rent for 3-5 days. They have been doing that for years. Ido not see how The Guthrie will benefit the community so why should they be given
community resources? That's exploitation of all of us. Thank you for the work you do, MaryLou Osman
