Dear Subscriber,
The Montana Board of Crime Control is excited to partner with the Rocky Mountain
Information Network (RMIN) to offer a two-day post-conference Court Preparation and
Testimony training for law enforcement on Thursday, October 3 and Friday, October 4
following the 2024 Montana Crime Prevention Conference.

Training will take place at Fairmont Hot Springs from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. both days with

an hour break for lunch at noon.
The two-day training will give students a basic understanding of preparing for and
testifying in a professional and confident manner with an emphasis on becoming an expert
witness. POST credit will be available to students who have completed the training.

There is no cost to attend this training, but the maximum number of attendees for this
training is 30. MBCC and RMIN reserve the right to limit the number of attendees admitted
per agency. Be sure to reach out as soon as possible if you want to secure a spot.
