Hello.
Once again the city and a developer are violating my property rights.
My name is Scott Bieluch, I own property at 805 W Lamme. I am an adjacent property owner to a
development I just learned of today. I have been purposely left off the list of adjacent property
owners once again. This is the second time I have been left off the list of adjacent property owners
for this development. STOP TRYING TO VIOLATE MY PROPERTY RIGHTS
I DEMAND THAT YOU RE-NOTICE EVERYONE, INCLUDING ME, AND RESCHEDULE THE MEETING TO
ALLOW ME PROPER NOTICE
I WILL SUE THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FOR WILFULLY VIOLATING MY PROPERTY RIGHT AND
PURPOSEFULLY DISCRIMINATING AGAINST ME ON THE BASIS OF MY DISABILITY
I DEMAND THE PROPER LEGAL NOTICE THAT I AM LEGALLY ENTITLED TO AT ONCE
