I will make this easy to understand. The "Guthrie" proposal represents everything
many of us are upset about regarding planning and construction action in Bozeman.
I, for one, am sick of the city approving buildings without enough parking. Withouttraffic control. Without green space. The Guthrie would be a housing project slumthe day it opens. It is too close to a school for its impacts. It is too big for the
neighborhood. And it is the same old LEGO architecture. It will not provide
affordable housing. It will add nothing positive to our city. I ask the city commission to, please, reject the Guthrie. Just say NO! Respectfully,
