Read-Only Content Full Name Thomas Keck Email nrsoilandwater@gmail.com Phone (406) 570-2769 Comments Mayor Cunningham and esteemed members of the city Commission, I am writing in support of our neighbors who want to maintain the integrity and sanity of "Midtown". We have lived on North 3rd Ave for close to 40 years. Our neighborhood was and is an amazing place to raise a family. Our boys attended Whittier School receiving good starts to their educations. I have felt proud to call Bozeman home. During my career as a soil scientist, I spent time in Russia and saw first hand the control that the oligarchs had over the general population. It seems disturbingly similar in Bozeman where the extremely wealthy are now pushing working class citizens out of the housing market. This does not bode well for Bozeman's future. Please take control of the Guthrie development and revise the design in a way that preserves the character of our neighborhood, minimizes parking congestion and promotes safety for school children. Respectfully, Thomas Keck If you would like to submit additional documents (.pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .gif, .jpg, .png, .rtf, .txt) along with your comment, you may alternately address agenda@bozeman.net directly to ensure receipt of all information.
