This is an embarrassing excuse for "affordable" housing. I rent a room in a house in Belgrade
for around $700 a month... This jail cell of a room is double that with noparking/storage/laundry and that's justified by being able to walk to main Street?? The people
who need affordable housing are not the people who care about being able to walk to MainStreet.
I'm really upset how this city / city council / whoever has proposed can even begin to think
this is "affordable". It's honestly insulting
