Dear Superintendent Cassey Bertram,
I'm sorry for not paying enough attention and not noticing that a group of students from SunriseMovement's Green New Deal for Schools harassed you.Please don't get me wrong. I'm not sorry for you being the victim of unruly, disrespectful teens. I'msorry for these kids who, under your supervision, have been lied to into believing that ideology canoverrule the laws of nature, that Bozeman can create policies to overpower Yellowstone supervolcano,and that by screeching, screaming, and threatening suicide, they can get what they want, especiallywhen it comes to somebody else's money.
Did you ever wonder where Bozeman Democratic Socialists of America, Tenants United, and SunriseMovement's Green New Deal for Schools got their ideas? To help you answer this question, here is a list of some (not all) things that you shouldn't have done butyou did and some that you should have done but didn't do:You should have known that when science is ruled by censorship and intimidation, it is notscience but politics, and science ends when censorship begins. You decided that followingpoliticians claiming to be "science" is better for your career and approved curriculum that made
children believe that caws, trucks, single-family houses, and babies cause global warming and arekilling the planet. You should have listened to parents, students, and community members and used factualevidence they provided to you to educate teachers that unmasked, unvaccinated students don'tpose a danger to them and that masks cause significant harm to students but don't provide anybenefits for anyone else. Instead, you listened to Teachers' Unions and enforced masks thatmade kids believe that each one of them, if unmasked and unvaccinated, is a walking biologicalweapon that kills people by smiling. You should have read The Marrow Thieves. If you did, you knew that the book is scientificallyilliterate, literally incompetent, promotes anti-white racism by villainizing white people, and hasno place in funded by tax money libraries, not to mention public school curriculums. Did youread the book or any books objected to by the parents but shoved down students' throats byactivist teachers?You should have confronted Lei-Anna Bertelsen and Douglas Fisher for accusing Bozemans ofbeing racists because they think that people should be judged by the content of character andthat the BIB plan is divisive, discriminatory, and unconstitutional. You didn't oppose the Bozeman school board's decision to let students use bathroomsaccording to their gender identities. As an educator, you should have known that this decisionviolates most students' rights to privacy and pushes confused and misled kids into becoming labrats in Mengele's medical experiments. You should have condemned Representative Zephyr for using kids as pawns when he incited atransurrection at the Capitol. Now, you are upset that these kids don't understand that harassingand intimidating Christians and Republicans is entirely different from harassing schooladministrators, and while the first makes them "loving and tolerant heroes," the second isunacceptable and punishable.
Thanks to the "education" these kids receive in schools that you supervise, they sincerely believe thatyou are a "white oppressor" directly responsible for the creation of "the oppressive systems of whitesupremacy, heteropatriarchy, and exploitative capitalism" and it is their revolutionary duty to"decolonize" Bozeman from people like you.
Bozeman taxpayers pay you a lot of their tax money to teach kids to become responsible, productivemembers of a free society who can distinguish between objective facts and political propaganda anddon't need a Nanny state to think for them. You failed this job and instead transformed these kids intoilliterate, incapable of critical thinking narcissists, who, for those who remember the Holocaust, remindBrownshirts, survivors of the Chinese Cultural Revolution - Red Guards, and, for me - young Bolsheviksdispossessing kulaks and executing the Old Guard.You must be grateful to live in Bozeman, which is still one of the friendliest and most peaceful places inthe world, and the kids you accused of harassment screamed at you a few silly chants and didn't eventhink about doing what the young "revolutionists" before them did with "bourgeois elements in society."
But, as Lily Tang Williams, a Chinese immigrant and survivor of the Maoist Cultural Revolution,constantly warns Americans, "I feel that the country I love is becoming the country I left."
Dear Superintendent Bertram, if you care about the future of these kids, you must not ban them fromyour office; you must invite them in and use your educator's skills to explain to them that equity ofoutcome inevitably leads to forced labor and forced labor is slavery; that the climate regulations pushedon them by corrupt politicians do nothing to improve the climate and that the gender "science" is ahorrific medical scam no different from the science of eugenics. If you don't do it, history can repeat itself in your hometown. I guarantee you with 100% certainty thatno one, no parent and no student, even for entirely different reasons, will feel sorry for you if AmericanRed Squads decide to follow their revolutionary de-colonizers role models fully.
