Dear Bozeman City Commissioners,
The Guthrie Project, and developments like it, must be stopped.
The city should be responsible for ensuring the safety and preservation of our city over the
interests of developers.
Locations in or near to downtown cannot support the infrastructure required of these massivebuilding developments, especially with the unbelievable lack of attention given to parking
requirements. Our tax dollars should not go to funding a decrease in the value and livability ofour homes.
These developments should be moved to more suitable locations outside of the city center
where traffic will not safety hazards or issues for travel.
Wake up and quit being bamboozled by developers, who prioritize profit. Start representingresidence of our city before it’s too late. The Guthrie, Block 104, what will become of Simkins
and Karst Stages… focus on your residents while people still want to live here.
