Early Bird Pricing Ends April 5
Have you registered for the 2024 Montana Housing Partnership
Conference? If not, click here to register prior to April 5 to take advantage

This year’s agenda is packed with great content, activities and networking
opportunities!
Keynote speaker highlights:
The conference kicks off with "Saying Yes to
Housing Supply, Stability and Subsidy" with
keynote speaker Shane Phillips. Shane is the
author of "The Affordable City" and works as a
Housing Policy Researcher at the UCLA Lewis
Center for Regional Policy Studies.

Dr. Sam Tsemberis
Shane will share a policy framework based on
three priorities -- supply, stability and subsidy -- that meet a diverse array of
needs and can help build the coalitions required to turn policy ideas into
practice.
Tuesday opens with keynote speaker Dr. Sam
Tsemberis, founder and CEO of Pathways
Housing First Institute.
Dr. Tsemberis founded Pathways to Housing in
New York City in 1992. He and his team
developed the model that came to be known as
"Housing First." Learn about the origins of the
Housing First model, its key features, underlying research and how to
maintain fidelity to the Housing First approach.
More conference highlights:
Twelve breakout sessions featuring national and regional voices;
Two tours featuring housing projects around Missoula and the
Bitterroot;
"Building a Leadership Culture through Coaching" workshop; and
"Native Communities: Creating Housing and Homeownership
Opportunities" workshop.

Register by April 5 to get the early bird rate. One-day passes are not
available this year; attendees are required to register prior to the
conference.
Regular pricing takes effect April 5 at 5 p.m.
Early bird full conference ticket price: $365
Regular full conference ticket price: $450
Lodging:
Rooms are available at $209 (plus tax and fees) per night at the
conference venue, Holiday Inn Missoula Downtown. Mention
"Montana Department of Commerce" when calling 800.465.4329. The

People’s Choice Award:

organization will be granted $3,000 to produce a compelling video
showcasing its impactful work. At registration, all conference attendees will
