Dear Commissioners-
Please do not approve Baxter 80 zoned at R4 and R5. It is not an incremental increase in
density from the previous Agricultural zoning. It is a leap. It may match the two areas thatsurround it, but does not offer a variety of housing or the missing middle that R3 more
consistently provides. With a walkable score of 1, this large annexation will bring a substantialincrease to car traffic. With no guarantee of affordable housing, this subdivision will be adding
to the current water and housing crisis without offering solutions.
