Hello
I have reviewed the email.
The old growth ponderosa pine has stood for almost a century under a variety of conditions, including hotreflections of payment. As a Bozeman citizen of over 35 years I have seen many trees cut down and few old treessaved. Ponderosa Pines can survive fire, doubt and heat, and obviously being a lone in an empty lot without addedwater.
The email sounds like the out of town developers who don’t have history in our town, just want to build, build, build. The evaluation of the tree sounds like an excuse not to design plans around a tree which has shaped theneighborhood for a 100 years.
Let’s set a good example by saving this tree which has saved it'self and survived through years of change.
Wouldn’t a courtyard be beautiful around the tree and make the hotel stand out among all new ones popping out allover town that are owned by people who don’t live here?
Thank you
