Public Comment SRX North GPA and ZMA Some smaller scale commercial development would really benefit the south end of Bozeman. There are virtually no services south of Main St - few gas stations, no groceryoptions, and very limited food, which translates to a significant portion of Bozeman driving to the north end of town on an almost daily basis. So, I do believe some small,neighborhood-scale commercial development could benefit the area. However, I can’t imagine anyone who calls Bozeman home wants this area to become another North 19thAve - I know I certainly don’t. And B2-M zoning will be the foot in the door, so to speak, for just that. Please vote against this GPA and ZMA for B2-M. I’ll also add that there isalready a sizable B2-M zoned area less than a half mile north of the proposed location, and south Bozeman certainly doesn’t need another.
