The building is a one-story (with basement) brick building with concrete foundation, gable roof with composition shingles runs north/south (axis perpendicular to Main Street) and north wall has stepped parapet (3) wall covering north gable end of building. East wall is 21'7" west of west wall of 712 E Main St. East wall shows joist pockets on exterior of wall, indicating the former location of exterior loading dock, has one double loading door, and five windows. North wall has a recent deck/porch running full width, two entrance doors right of center with transom, two double window bays on either side of entrance doors, and a standard bond brick pattern. The eaves on east and west extend approximately 3' beyond corner of building. North wall dimensions are 37'6" east/west. West wall has three windows, one double hung loading door, and joist pockets running full length. South wall has the gable end exposed, one large loading door and one window - both blocked. Concrete, with basement. Foundation Gable roof with ridgeline running north-south. Front (north) gable end is hidden by brick stepped parapet wall. Roof is covered with modern composition shingles. Peach St. The Bozeman Sanborn Fire Insurance Map for 1927 (sheet 38) shows the detailed location, dimensions, materials, and configuration of the Lindsay Co. Warehouse at the subject property at 702 E. Main St. The same location on the 1912 Sanborn Map (sheet 21) shows a 1-story "Abondoned & Unfinished" structure with no roof in the same location.
