These services can be provided in accordance with applicable Montana Public Services rules and regulations and the current Northwestern Energy tariff schedule. The complete installation of this project will require connections to the installation of Urban Farms – Phase 1 and the overhead three phase that is located south of Huffine. Please note that this installation will only be bringing main and primary power to lots with unknown usage or layout. Northwestern energy will only set transformers for single family or townhome style units. Northwestern Energy shall determine the locations of all transformers, underground lines and equipment to provide for maintenance and installation. These facilities shall be located on front lot lines in a minimum 10’ wide utility easement. The gas distribution infrastructure will be able to serve typical commercial loads based on the preliminary subdivision layout. Any gas loads above this may require additional upgrades to the system. Please provide the anticipated gas load for this project at your earliest convenience to determine any potential upgrades to the gas infrastructure. Please call or email me if you have any questions or concerns at 406-370-9164. Also, we require having a copy of the approved plat of this proposed area prior to providing a cost to bring in these services. If installation is required prior to approval of the plat, it will be your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes which would alter our utility design and installation. To request a cost estimate we would also require a signed application for new service along with an electronic layout of the subdivision. Sincerely, Aidan Murray
