· Re-rout stream-ditch keeping it daylighted rather than piping it
· Stream-ditch connects to Baxter Creek (previously no connection existed)
· Tree and woody shrub plantings along Baxter Creek and stream-ditch
· Setbacks along Baxter Creek and stream-ditch
· Weed control within wetlands and watercourse zones (previously none)
· Re-meandering a historically straightened section of Baxter Creek
· Removing side cast berms and regrading along Baxter Creek to restore wetlands and wetland
function
· Native seed mix will be used on all disturbed surfaces around wetlands and waterways.
