HomeMy WebLinkAbout11.1_Stormwater Maintenance PlanStormwater Maintenance Plan Urban + Farm Phase 2 Major Subdivision All stormwater maintenance located outside of the public right-of-way will be owned and maintained by the property owners association. The maintenance required is as follows: 1. Clear catch basins, storm drain inlets, stormwater mains, outlet structures, gutters, of rocks, sediment, and debris as necessary. 2. Clear weeds & vegetation from pond orifices, inlet grates & underground CMP access points as necessary. 3. CMP components should be cleaned when an inspection reveals accumulated sediment or trash is clogging the discharge orifice. 4. Maintenance and inspection of all stormwater components shall be completed annually and after large rain events. Annual inspections are best practice for all underground systems while multiple inspections throughout the first year of operation are highly encouraged. 5. Reference Norton Ranch Phases 5 and 1 for pond maintenance.
