The proposed residence located at 411 N. Plum Ave will be new construcƟon. There are currently no
structures on the lot.
The proposed residence will be contemporary in design with materials that Ɵe to the adjacent residence,
residence across the street and the context of the surrounding area.
The exterior finish materials will be natural wood siding, Shou Sugi Ban wood siding and prefinished
metal.
The house to the north is the residence of a renowned local sculpture/arƟst, the home is a true example
of his creaƟve expressions and has established a great deal of character within the neighborhood.
The exterior of the home is natural wood, metal, and concrete.
The home across the street was designed and built by a local Architect with a flair for the use of
metal. It too has a very organic nature and is sculptural in character as well. The exterior of this home is
comprised of metal, stucco and natural wood.
Due to the diverse sculptural designs which surround the 411 N. Plum Ave build, the proposed home will
Ɵe seamlessly into the adjacent residences, block, and neighborhood context.
