The city should 100% file an ethics complaint against him. Letting him "off the hook" is not
the way to go. Giving him a "slap" on the wrist is just telling him & the people of Bozemanthat he can do or say whatever he wants & basically get away with it. Letting him dictate his
terms of leaving is absolutely unacceptable. He should have been fired immediately not puton paid leave. He clearly does not care about Bozeman or anyone that resides here.
