Good afternoon, I am just sending in a comment in support of the South Range Crossing (GPA 23063 and ZMA 23059.) I personally liveon the South end of town and find this project very beneficial to the south end of town for a number of reasons. 1. As we all know, South Bozeman is growing like crazy and we could use some commercial zoning to allow for morerestaurants, grocery stores, etc. 2. Given the well thought out development of this project, the commercial piece won't affect the traffic in the residentialcommunity where I live, due to ease of access to a major arterial street. 3. It would be great for everyone in my community to be able to ride bikes for ice cream, walk down for a cup of coffee orto dinner. We currently have to drive everyone in town to get just about anything and it would be amazing to have somegreat commercial space within walking distance of our home. I approve this project and think it would be a great addition to the sound end of Bozeman, MT.
